Twitter / Over capacity.
This is the second time i have seen this in only a few months - see twitter-over-capacity.
Surely it can;t be that hard to keep such a basic site up, all it does is link and post messages. Is this a sign like the old myspace days that the growth cannot be served by the management of the server infrastructure??
